Refund Policy

In line with Australian Consumer Law, Sistaa Co is not obligated to provide a refund if you make a wrong choice, need a different size or change your mind.

 

When shopping with us you are agreeing to these terms;

While we take care to ensure that all of our stock for sale is in perfect condition, sometimes faults can be missed. If you have purchased a damaged item please ensure we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your parcel. 

Minor Faults
In the event that you have received an item with a minor fault, we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible you will be offered the option of a credit note. As per ACCC a refund for an item with a minor fault is at the companies discretion. 

Major Faults
If you purchase an item which is assessed by Sistaa Co as having a major fault. It is at the customers discretion to choose a replacement, store credit or a refund. If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded.

In the event an item shrinks, tears or breaks due to improper care Sistaa Co is not obligated to issue  a replacement, refund or credit note.
Gift cards and store credits cannot be cancelled or issues for a cash refund. 
Please always retain proof of purchase when needing to return
